Cancellation and Refund policy

  • Thoughtsbay LLP reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event, or change the venue of an event because of insufficient enrolments, instructor illness or force majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc)
  • If a cancellation is done by participants 7 days (or more) prior to the event, 10% of the total paid fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to the participants.
  • If the registration is done before 7 days and cancelled within 24 hours from the date of registration, full amount will be refunded.
  • If a cancellation is done by participants within 7 days (or less) prior to the event, no refunds will be made.However, the participant is allowed to take part in the future event within one year at 50% cost.Please note that rescheduling will be subject to availability of seats
  • If the cancellation is done within 48 hours before the start of the event no amount will be refunded.
  • Please note that if you do not cancel or do not attend, you would not be offered a refund nor will the amount be credited to a future training.
  • In case Thoughtsbay LLPcancels an event, 100% of course fee will be refunded. However travel, logistics or any personal expense incurred by participants will not be refunded.
  • The participants, if they so wish, can send a replacement. However, this should be intimated through email to ThoughtsbayLLP at least 3 days prior to the event.
